		<description>Hey woo, mine took about 3 weeks to heal as well. It is all better now. I still get random pains if I hold things wrong but it has healed pretty well.

Yea it really sucks... Basically it is important to go slow when working with weights. Can't be too hasty or you screw yourself for months!</description>

		<description>yo man i dont kno how long its been since u got the injury but i got the same thing. it took about 3 weeks for it to heal at 90%, still some pain when i try to curl or military press. I got mine when i swinged the bar up when trying to military. bad idea. lol hope yours isnt as serious.</description>
