Diet

The whole diet today went well except for one thing. I had a two really good friends drive up to hang out with me. I'm not going to let my diet ruin my friendship so we went to an all you can eat Pizza buffet called CICI's. It was AMAZING. I had 3 small slices of pizza, 2 bread stick like things, and 3 plates of salad. It took an enormous amount of will power to not eat more. I'm guessing the 3 slices of small pizza and 2 bread sticks equate to 3 slices of normal pizza. I could be wrong but it is a rough estimate. The bread sticks were the size of my thumb and the pizza slices were about half the length of a normal .5 liter water bottle. Looking back, I consumed a decent number of calories even with the unhealthy stop and stuffed myself with green peppers and cucumbers instead of pizza and dessert. Go me!

EXERCISES

Since my friends came over today, they wanted to lift. They were the ones who started me lifting and they were excited that we would be able to lift again. I was more excited to hang out with them than lift. Today was my cardio/ab day as well. I just watched them bench while I half assed some jump ropes and some irregular ab exercises.

To compensate after they left, I did some HIIT cardio [will discuss later], 1000 jump ropes, and my ab ritual [will discuss later].

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Semi-working out with my friends still was working out so burned some good calories.
