Exercise Schedule

This is the schedule I created for myself. Wednesday will be a "full rest/no workout day" or simply an extra chest day. I won't do all the exercises but it gives me some room and options to work with. I usually do 3-4 sets with 7-10 reps per set.

First are the exercises I do at CRCE [My gym at college]. Next are the same exercises I adjust for my home gym. Next are the same exercises I do at Illini Tower [My dorm's workout facility] adjusted for equipment. Next comes the rest day exercises, just a bunch of different ab exercises I can choose to do on my rest days, this list accompanies all exercises I can do either at CRCE, Illini Tower, or at home.

Finally comes my cardio plan. Basically I will do HIIT in the mornings if I choose to workout in the mornings. When I decide to lift weights, I'll run a medium intensity <1 mile to warm up my body. Go do my lifting routine depending on where I am. Finish off with a HIIT + 1000 jump ropes.
