Portion Size/Food Sources

I found these nice PDFs on my diet recording website. These give you an example on how much you are eating and what foods you need to increase a certain vitamin or mineral in your diet. Peanut butter has 190 calories per two tablespoons. I never knew how small a tablespoon was! Be careful when you are eating stuff like this. Look at the attached links for visual examples.
