Day 8
DIET
For lunch, I had a very delicious meal of mushrooms, broccoli, and chicken breast. It is very healthy and filling. Also fairly low on the caloric scale.
Went a little over at the end but thats fine. Where I lost it was having the rib noodle soup and the fruit smoothie side by side. Needed the fruit smoothie as my post workout drink. After that dinner was ready, and it was good. I have no regrets. Still "average" day overall.
EXERCISES
Was my rest day, followed my HIIT/AB routine. Lots of stretching helped my soreness from earlier today. Still feeling the after effects now. Very hard day of workout.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Nothing strenuous.
