Soreness

Woah! I haven't been sore in a long time. Yesterday I squeezed my back exercises into a 45 minute session. The reason for this is that I had to meet my friends and I didn't want to not workout. It was basically a hardcore non stop, very little break workout. My back is sore and my legs are dead from the deadlifts [haha]. I feel weak, don't know if I will be able to do my HIIT cardio today. But I will try my best with LOTS of stretching. I think this means I have not been working hard enough. I am going to start lifting harder and faster and trying to do it in less time to use as much muscle as possible. Being sore is a sign of a hard workout to me. Wednesdays workout will be an extra intense chest exercise. We will see how that goes =).
