Day 9

DIET

Day 9

Today was just a rough day overall. I experimented with many different things, all I got was a bloated stomach, diarrhea, and unsatisfied taste buds.

For breakfast I tried... 1 Cup of Oatmeal, 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 1.75 Cups of WATER, Cocoa, and Cinnamon. It tasted TERRIBLE. The cottage cheese was VERY sour because I bought a crappy brand from Sam's. I usually add milk to oatmeal, but today I thought I'd be a rebel and try water. BIG MISTAKE. It made the oatmeal virtually bland and the sour cottage cheese was enhanced in the process. To solve the nastiness, I had to drizzle on some honey or else I would of never gotten it down.

For my post work out meal I tried... 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 1/2 Cup of Milk, Scoop of Whey Protein, Cinnamon, Cocoa and shoved it in the fridge for a few hours... Supposedly it was supposed to taste like ice cream. I didn't have any splenda, so I thought it would be fine without it... WRONG. Here is my result.

Meal

Looks like barf, smells like cinnamon, tastes like barf. Excellent. It was almost impossible to put down, plus it was nearly frozen solid. It killed my stomach. Only way for me to get this crap down was drizzling it with more honey. Now my stomach is killing me.

After those, I felt like I didn't get any nutrients for the day. I had a huge dinner. Great Chinese food from my mom. I overate like crazy. I feel bloated and crappy now. Will keep things more traditional tomorrow to get my diet back on track.

Also decided to add some information today of my nutrient breakdown... Download => Nutritional Facts

EXERCISES

Followed my chest exercises. Skipped the jump rope, wanted to give my legs some time to rest for tomorrow.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Nothing strenuous.
