Ultimate Healthy Brownie

Today, I have experienced the most amazing brownie ever, it is delicious and most importantly healthy. It is easy to make and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. The ingredients are so simple that most households would have all of them except for one.

Taste wise, it tastes like a slightly less sweet version of a brownie. It is slighter chewier but for the ingredients involved in making it, it is heaven on a platter.

I will now teach you how to go from this:

  1. Wow that looks really good, gonna try it soon

  2. phenomenal. just made it, great!

  3. Can this work without protein powder? Maybe all purpose flour + egg whites???

  4. Truthfully the main component is protein powder.

I don’t think microwaving flour will have the same effect.

You can remove the protein powder, add some egg whites, but I’m not sure about the all purpose flour.

It isn’t too expensive so it is worth a try… Good luck! (You also would need to add something for flavoring, honey probably, maybe some applesauce to keep it a bit more moist)
