Day 27
DIET
Skipped my cheat day and decided to go lower on calories to off set some of the higher days of the week. I am thinking of calorie cycling.
EXERCISES
Did chest/biceps/forearms also a little bit of abdominals in the end. Learned some cool exercises for abs from a friend. Will try them out on my own in the future.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Walking to the gym.
