Creatine… The beginning…

Today is when I start using my creatine. I'll post my research on it when I have more time. So far I just feel a little gassier than normal. I don't feel too bloated but we will see.

I have chosen NOT to load on creatine and will only take 1 teaspoon or 5 grams of creatine for 4 weeks.  I will than cycle off for one month and start again. The reason behind this is that I am still unsure about creatine's affect on my body and want to take it nice and slow. Studies show loading and not loading will prove the same results in the long run. Creatine is STORED in your body so it won't matter, I'll just see results slower.

  1. I have taken creatine it didn’t do anything for me; give me gas. Now, that I am off of it I feel stronger and seem to be gaining some size slowly as well. Hope you have better results than I did. Good luck!

  2. Thanks, I feel the same way. I don’t seem to be feeling anything other than bloating/horrible gas. I don’t feel all that different while lifting. I can’t really tell, but since I have a huge tub of creatine monohydrate, I will just keep cycling through it.

    I’ll have to see what happens when I go off of it in a month.
