Post Workout Protein Shake
For post workout, I make this awesome tasting protein shake that is basically a super awesome dessert. Here are the ingredients: (Put into a blender in this order)
- 1 Grapefruit Squeezed [Try to scoop out some of the stuff into you blender] OR 8 OZ of Water
- 1 Scoop of Whey Protein
- 1 Scoop of Creatine (Optional)
- 1 Cup of Berry Medley
- 1 Banana
- 8 OZ of Ice
Blend and enjoy!
