Post Workout Protein Shake

For post workout, I make this awesome tasting protein shake that is basically a super awesome dessert. Here are the ingredients: (Put into a blender in this order)

  1. 1 Grapefruit Squeezed [Try to scoop out some of the stuff into you blender] OR 8 OZ of Water
  2. 1 Scoop of Whey Protein
  3. 1 Scoop of Creatine (Optional)
  4. 1 Cup of Berry Medley
  5. 1 Banana
  6. 8 OZ of Ice

Blend and enjoy!
