  4. SHIT LOOKS DANK! HOWS UNAGI TASTE?

  5. Tastes great, don’t know how to describe it, no fishy/crappy smell at all. It is amazing. One of the most popular sushi rolls at a place I eat out at.

  6. Looks great. I’m going to have to try it today!

  7. Oh, and one thing some people who are cooking sushi rice may not know… do NOT for any reason open the lid (if you’re using a pot or a rice cooker). That means don’t check on it halfway through, don’t sneak a peek when it’s time to take it off the heat to cool, don’t open that lid for any reason!

  8. Awesome tips, and thanks!
