Spring Break Meal #3
Had another awesome meal. I took this as my post workout meal and didn't stop to talk until it was all gone!
The first meal is another variation of the almond chicken dish mentioned earlier. This one has almonds, red pepper, two types of mushroom and about 16 OZ of chicken inside. It was delicious.
This meal is a variation of the baby bok choy dish. It is a different type of Chinese bok choy prepared in a similar manner. It tasted awesome, was the first thing I finished.
This is a much more complicated dish. It is a seafood tofu soup. I have no idea how to describe it, but it is one of the best tasting Asian soups ever. It is not as easy to make but a great party dish.
