Asparagus Dish
This dish is very simple and healthy to eat.
INGREDIENTS
- Asparagus
- Oil
- Salt
- Sugar
- Garlic
STEPS
- Clean the asparagus.
- Cut it into 2-3 inch chunks.
- Put 2 TBSPs of Olive Oil into a skillet.
- Add 1 clove of garlic cut into finger nail size chunks.
- Let it heat for a minute.
- Throw in the asparagus.
- Cover it with a lid so it can cook faster, after a few minutes check back to see if the asparagus is soft or not.
- Take a bite, if it seems done, turn off the skillet and add salt/sugar.
- Add 1/2 TSP of Sugar.
- Add 1 TSP of Salt.
- Mix a little more.
- Thats it! Enjoy!
