Chinese Celery and Shredded Pork Dish
This dish is nice and simple, I love it!
INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
- Cut your pork into strips.
- Now it is time to marinade your beef strips for at least 30 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp of cooking wine.
- Add 1 tsp of salt.
- Add 1 tbsp of corn starch.
- Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- Add 1/4 tsp of sugar.
- Mix this together.
STEPS
- Wash the Chinese Celery.
- Remove the leaves.
- Cut it into 4 inch stalks.
- Put 3-4 TBSPs of Corn Oil in your skillet.
- Let this warm for a minute.
- Throw in your shredded pork.
- Cover with a lid to let it cook.
- Once it is done cooking, take it out and put it into a separate bowl.
- Without washing the skillet, throw in your cut up celery now.
- Stir fry until soft.
- Now throw in the pork again stir fry again to mix them together.
- Add 1-2 TSP of salt.
- Add 1/2-1 TSP of sugar.
- Thats it! Enjoy!
