Steamed Fluke – How to Cook All Fish!
This is how I make all the fish. It is really easy to do and tastes great! Here is what you do.

- Wash the fish, put it into a bowl.
- Add 1 TBSP of cooking wine onto your fish.
- Prepare your pot. Put a few inches of water inside.
- Put the bowl with the fish in it INTO the pot.
- Rub on 1/2 TSP of salt onto the fish.
- Take a chunk of ginger, cut it into slices and put it onto the fish.
- Put a lid over the pot and let this cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes of steaming, add 1 TBSP of soy sauce.
- Then add 1-2 TSP of sugar.
- Next add 1 stalk of cut up scallions.
- Let this steam for another 10 minutes.
