I buy Cool Whip Lite. At 20 calories per 2 TBSPs, there is no need worry about it being horribly unhealthy. What can you do with this?

I usually take a few spoonfuls and mash it up in my food. The taste is so strong that you don’t need that much Cool Whip in anything. I feel the tub could last me a few weeks. I suggest buying a tub and playing around with it, it adds the flavor I’ve been missing in many of my meals. Who says you can’t have “ice cream” everyday. I’m craving my meals more and more now thanks to this awesome topping.
I don’t buy the spray cans because they are too easy to eat. Just open your mouth and half the can is gone. With the Cool Whip tubs, I believe you get better flavor as well as better control.
