Abdominal Revamping
My abdominal routine has gotten stale and boring. Thus it is time to try something new. Here is my new proposed workout.
Abdominal Workout Program Exercises
The first is my workout. I have four different sets/kinds of workouts. The most intense being set D that needs to be done in a gym. I will start that once summer starts in a month.
The second is a document with explanation of the exercises. Set A will be done on an incline bench. Set C although similar, will be done on the ground.
