  5. Weighted Obliques, 20 reps, right side.
  6. Incline Abdominal Sit Up, 20 reps.
  7. Incline Abdominal Oblique Twist Sit Up, 20 reps, alternating.
  8. Lower Ab Workout, 20 reps.
