Day 136
DIET
Had the leftovers for my pork so don't really know the caloric intake. Was a very healthy day though.
EXERCISES
Did chest/biceps today. Changing my entire workout routine very soon. 85 pound dumbbells were VERY doable for 4 sets. I think 90s will start falling into place soon.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Rained all day so just helped out in BB.com.
