COMMENTS

Memorial Day dinner went very well. This time I decided not to fire up the grill. I was scared of screwing it up again. Maybe I'll try again next week and see if it works. I tried to cook a spectacular meal with the ingredients I had. Since I don't have too much stuff in my kitchen it was tough. I'm glad I took what I had and turned it into something amazing. 6 different items and 2 homemade sauces! The peanut sauce turned out amazing. The George Foreman saved the day again.

When I am able to shop again, I hope to get a bigger variety of food.
