Was sporadic today. Ate like an animal though.

EXERCISES

Chest day, forgot to record this. I failed at 95... Getting a spotter next time.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Made a new recipe as well as did my laundry. Spent 2 hours reading homework on the quad.
