Neo Log #2

This morning I took my Vasospan and Velocity XT. Feel pretty good and energetic. I have a weird cold warmth running down my spine which gives me a euphoric feeling. Here is my tingle check list for today.

  • Lips
  • Hands
  • Inner Butt Cheek [WTF? lol?]

That is all.

Well today I had lots of ups and downs. I had a little crash around 5:00 PM, but I watched “Her Best Move” some chick flick and I feel better now. Yes, the movie was predictable but it was just the medicine I need to drive up my energy. I feel great right now and I am doing some laundry.

I had an insane bicep/tricep workout, EVERYTHING was pumped and huge. Good GlycerGROW like pumps. After I was done with the workout, I guess my body gave up from the intensity.

  1. 21s - 2 Sets, 21 Reps per Set, 50 Pounds
  2. EZ Bar Curls - 2 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 70 Pounds
  3. Skullcrushers - 4 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 70/80/90/90 Pounds
  4. Incline Curls - 4 Sets, 10 Reps per Set, 20/25/25/25 Pounds
  5. DB Extensions - 4 Sets, 10 Reps per Set, 30/35/35/35 Pounds
  6. Hammer Curls - 4 Sets, 8 Reps per Set, 40 Pounds
  7. Cable Push Downs - 4 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 30/50/80/80 Pounds
  8. Cable Overhead - 3 Sets, 8 Reps per Set, 20/30/30 Pounds
  9. Dips - 4 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 25 Pounds
  10. 10 Minutes of Stretching

No more food left ahh!
