Neo Log #6

Had an awesome back workout. Dosed with Vasospan and got great pumps again. One thing I noticed is not to try to get the Vasospan pills on my tongue it tastes bitter. But the burps I get from Vasospan is like drinking pop. I get a “carbonated” feel in my breath after an hour of taking Vasospan. Pretty cool.

  1. Pullups - 4 Sets, 7/7/7/5 Reps per Set
  2. SLDL - 4 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 135/205/255/205 Pounds
  3. Shrugs - 4 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 205/255/205/205 Pounds
  4. Yates Row - 4 Sets, 5/7/7/7 Reps per Set, 135/95/115/115 Pounds [First time]

Pullups - I do it using a steel beam? LOL wut?

SLDL - 205 x 7 and 255 x 7

Shrugs - 205 x 7 and 255 x 7

Yates Row - 115 x 7 x 2

My first time today doing Yates Row and using newly bought straps.
