DIET

Had fun today, ate at a place called Lai Lai Wok and enjoyed myself with friends.

EXERCISES

Had a crazy workout. I'm really liking the Neogenix Triple V stack. Since I don't have internet right now I forgot my log at home. It was a CRAZY leg workout. Felt REALLY good.
