Neo Log #14

Had one of those ridiculous STRONG and powerful workouts today. I was DRENCHED in PAIN and SWEAT and FATIGUE by the end of it. I pushed my body to the limit to reap the rewards later on.

  1. Squats - 7 Sets, 7/7/7/6/7/10 Reps per Set, 135/185/205/205/135(BS)/135 Pounds [FELT AMAZING, I went deep and hard, best squat day EVER]
  2. DB DL - 3 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 85 Pounds [Basically completely drenched/dead at this point]
  3. Leg Extensions - 3 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 170/180/180 Pounds
  4. Abducter - 3 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 250/270/290 Pounds
  5. Adducter - 3 Sets, 10 Reps per Set, 250/270/290 Pounds
  6. BSS - 2 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 22.5 Pounds
  7. Standing Calves - 3 Sets, 7 Reps per Set, 135 Pounds
  8. Stretches

Taking the next two days as rest days and then hitting it hard again. I can’t wait!
