After I worked out I walked outside for 2 hours.
COMMENTS
I woke up at 7 AM, then passed out again till 12 AM. Got back to my own room at 3 PM and passed out till 6 PM. What a day! Can't wait to do some work tomorrow. Going to go hang out with my friends again later tonight.
Neo Log #18
I feel like I've discovered something new. I'm planning on creating my own routine of forearm/grip exercises. I just want to do what feels right for my body. Thinking of weighted hangs, static DB/BB holds, and other things.

Had a lot of fun fooling around with random stuff. Can't wait to do something for real. I was EXTREMELY hungover when I went to the gym but the moment I started walking I felt 99%! Hell yea!

Had Jimmy John's #10 and it was FANTASTIC. Got plastered the rest of the night.

Did legs and got invited to check out the Illini Powerlifting Team. I am really excited!

Neo Log #17
So I was holding my pen and I guess I squeezed it too hard and it literally shattered into a million pieces so I didn't get to write down my exercises. But I had the most amazing leg workout. One of my goals was to hit 225 x 5 in squats before the end of summer. Guess what? I did it! I pulled it off and amazed everyone. I started squatting this summer and have hit the one goal that I really wanted to. Thanks to Neogenix!
While I was lifting, some guy worked in between sets, he was doing GOODMORNINGS with my squat weight. It was disgusting. Later I find out that he is on the Illini Power Lifting team. He invited me to check out their team when school starts. I'm pretty excited because I can use the extra motivation and pointers.
