AEN - IntrAbolic Citrus Ice Review
Received two samples of Atheletic Edge Nutrition’s IntrAbolic Citrius Ice a few days ago and here is my review. I first dumped the powder into a beaker with 17 OZ of water.
It mixed instantly and no residue was noticeable. There was a slight foam, but I left it in the fridge for 10 minutes following directions and it fizzled down.
I stacked this with GlycerGROW and Green MAGnitude. Also there is 1/2 scoop of Purple Wraath in my Green MAGnitude to add to the pre-workout powerhouse.
- SMELL - Smells pretty similar to the “From Concentrate” Orange Juice… Smells great, not artificial at all.
- LOOKS - Looks like Orange Juice to me… Just a bit foamy, but put it in the fridge and wait.l
- MIXABILITY -Mixed within the first 1-2 seconds.
- CONSISTENCY - A little thicker than Purple Wraath probably due to the WPH. Not too thin either, not as thick as real Orange Juice.
- TASTE - Tastes pretty close to a bad brand of Concentrate Orange Juice. That being said, it is VERY good. There is a slight “thickness” from the taste which I guess is the WPH, it doesn’t taste bad at all IMO. With 17 OZ of water, the drink was not overpowering or overly sweet. I like it VERY much since I LOVE Orange Juice.
So how was my workout? Was great! I felt VERY pumped. Would love to run a whole tub of Citrus Ice if given the chance.
