Had a GREAT workout. Used a widergrip for BBB. Tried CGBP. The PUMP was INSANE.

  2. Flat BB superset with Flat DB - 155 x 10 x 10 x 7, 50 x 7 x 7 x 4 [Bold = DB]
  3. Pullups - BW x 5 x 5 x 5 x5
  4. CGBP - 45 x 7, 95 x 7, 115 x 5 x 5
  5. Rear Raises - 20 x 12, 30 x 7
  6. Upright Rows - 95 x 7 x 7, 115 x 7
  7. Various DB Biceps
