  4. Military Press - 45 x 7, 65 x 7, 75 x 7 x 7
  5. BB Rows - 115 x 7 x 7, 135 x 7 x 7
  6. Pull Ups - 4, 3 [Completely dead from the #2 exercise]
  7. BB Curls - 65 x 10, 75 x 7 x 7 x 10
  8. DB Flyes - 50 x 5 x 5 x 5
  9. CGBP - 65 x 10, 95 x 10, 115 x 10 x 10

I am completely blown out right now, this workout was INTENSE after the Flat BB press. I was extremely pumped for about 2 hours after, and right now my whole body aches. I love workouts like this.
