WOW. Today I just used GM/PW and I had one of the most amazing workouts in my life. This is a testatment that YOU are who controls how your workouts turn out NOT the supplement. I focused on FORM the entire workout and didn’t even go heavy. I’ve never felt so swole/pumped/solid in my life. INSANE eye opener.

  1. Incline BB - 135 x 7, 155 x 7 x 7 x 7
  2. DB Press - 100 x 10 x 9 x 7 x 6
  3. Pull Ups - 5 x 5 x 5 x 5
  4. CGBP SUPERSET Rear Raises - 95 x 10, 115 x 10, 135 x 10 x 10, 40 x 10 x 10 x 10
  5. Upright Rows SUPERSET Front/Side Laterals - 115 x 5 x 5 x 5, 40 x 8 x 8 x 8
  6. BB Curls - 75 x 10, 85 x 7 x 7 x 7

One of my shortest, sweetest and best workouts ever.
