Pretty average today. Can’t wait to go back to a strict diet over school

Just did a short workout because I have lots of packing to do.

  1. Squats - 135 x 7, 155 x 7, 185 x 7, 205 x 7 x7 x 7
  2. Dead Lifts - 135 x 7, 185 x 7, 205 x 7, 225 x 7 [Feels pretty light but must focus on form first]
