6:00 AM - Wake Up
6:30 AM - Oatmeal + Milk + Protein + Peanut Butter
Lots and lots of chicken after this.

O M G O M G. My newest gym is the BEST THING that has ever happened in my life. It has EVERY machine under this sun. The ARC or the NEW IMPE is AMAZING. I love it. Plus I’m stronger than most of the people their, so it is a big mental boost. But I look smaller than everyone, so it doesn’t help
- Flat Bench - 135 x 7, 185 x 7, 205 x 5, 225 x 6
- Push Press - 65 x 7, 85 x 7, 95 x 7, 105 x 7
- BB Rows - 95 x 7, 115 x 7 x 7 x 7
- Pull Ups - 10 x 7, 20 x 5 x 2
- Chin Ups - 6 x 5 x 2
- BB Curls - 60 x 10, 80 x 7, 90 x 6, 80 x 7
- New Machine… Weird isolation… - 4 Plates + 50 Pounds, Played with it :p
- Tricep Push Downs - 80 x 7, 65 x 7 x 7 x 7
- Shrugs - 225 x 7 x 7 x 7 x 7

First time waking up this early in a while, eyes are a bit bloodshot. But it is all for the love of the game. Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
Cut some watermelon and everything. I feel like 100 bucks right now. I’m wide awake, had an AMAZING workout and nothing can go wrong now
At the end the day I went to Alpha Rho Chi to see my old roommate, they were having a barnfire. I love this frat, not your typical fat boys, everyone is really nice. Also stopped by AEPi to say hi to a few friends. Finally finished the night at an apartment party.
