Hardcore pump, hardcore lifts. This is the way to impress people at ARC :). Helped a few people on how to correctly do exercises too. Awesome day at the gym.

  2. DB Press - 50 x 7, 60 x 7 x 7 x 7
  3. Weighted Pull Ups Superset Weighted Chinups - 20 x 5/4 x 5/1 x 4/2
  4. Weighted Dips - 45 x 7, 55 x 7, 70 x 1, 45 x 1
  5. Skull Crushers Superset Rear Raises - 75 and 25 x 7/7 x 7/7 x 7/7
  6. Upright Rows Superset Side/Front Laterals - 100 and 27.5 x 7/7 x 6/6 x 6/6
  7. Hammer Curls - 50 x 7 x 10 x 10

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Pretty slow day of classes. I’ve done 8 hours of homework already since the two days classes start. Got a 150 page book due Thursday. I have a paper due tomorrow etc.

On another note, met a girl whose family owns the Curtis Orchard… An apple farm. She was really cool, and loved fruit!
