Lots of fruit, wontons, etc. Cooked dinner for a few people…

Threw around some good numbers at the gym.

  1. Flat DB - 80 x 7, 90 x 7, 95 x 5, 80 x 7 x 7
  2. Push Press - 95 x 5 x 5 x 5
  3. BB Rows - 95 x 10, 115 x 7 x 10
  4. Pull Ups - 10 x 10 x 5
  5. BB Curls - 80 x 7, 90 x 9 x 10, 80 x 9
  6. Iso Lateral Wide Chest - 140 x 7, 180 x 7, 270 x 5
  7. CGBP - 135 x 5 x 5 x5
  8. Shrugs - 180 x 10, 270 x 10 x 7

Great pump, very satisfied with the numbers/effort today.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Lots of walking.

Had some dinner with a few new friends… Don’t really want to comment on this. New rule, one of my neighbors can’t come over again. Last picture is Chike trying to run away to give me some alone time LOL.
