Pretty spot on, starting to taper up my intake of oatmeal to get the lean mass I desire.

EXERCISES

My second day with the powerlifting team, this was a deadlifting day. It was great! I found out my max, and learned a couple things about deadlifts since I never do it. Here are some of the lifts we did.

  • 380 Deadlift - Max
  • 405 Rack Pull
  • Front Squats
  • Pendlay Rows

I am really enjoying the team, it is a shame I can only lift with them on Fridays. I’ll have to figure out a way to increase my own squat/bench maxes.
