Day 280

DIET

Pretty sparse and random today because my parents came. On a brighter note, I made rice and steak for PWO today with the food my parents bought me and the kitchen appliances they brought from home.

EXERCISES

Since my parents came I wasn’t able to workout at a normal gym so I went downstairs to do some random exercises. I did lots of weighted pull ups, dips and chest exercises. I never realized how much I’ve grown since I haven’t worked out in this gym for months. I could stack every single machine and it felt light, therefore I had to do more body exercises. Insane.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Walking.

COMMENTS

My parents came down. It was good to see them again. I got a haircut and all my cooking supplies including my george foreman. I’m getting a bit sick of the food in the cafeteria and I can’t wait to start grilling and eating mass rice to gain weight. Oh yea!

I have a few stacks of pork and steak in the freezer waiting for me to demolish them.
