  2. DB Deadlift - 180 x 7, 200 x 7 x 7 x7
  3. Leg CurlsĀ  - 150 x 7 x 7 x 7
  4. Knee Extensions - 200 x 7 x 7 x7
  5. Seated Calves - 100 x 10 x 10 x 10
  6. Abdominal Ball Throw - 25 pounds x 25
  7. Dynamic and Static Stretching

Crazy day today, didn’t get back home till 9 PM. Running around for class, to meet up with a TA, Meijer to interview some people.
