A little off, had maybe 2-3 meals max.

Was psyched ALL week to squat.
- Squat - 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 275 x 5, 315 x 2, 295 x 3 x 3
- DB Deadlift - 180 x 7, 200 x 7 x 7 x7
- Leg CurlsĀ - 150 x 7 x 7 x 7
- Knee Extensions - 200 x 7 x 7 x7
- Seated Calves - 100 x 10 x 10 x 10
- Abdominal Ball Throw - 25 pounds x 25
- Dynamic and Static Stretching

Crazy day today, didn’t get back home till 9 PM. Running around for class, to meet up with a TA, Meijer to interview some people.
