Pretty solid today, nothing really bad.

EXERCISES

Wasn’t feeling up to it, so I took a light day for recovery. Just concentrated on strict form.

  1. Incline BB - 135 x 7, 155 x 7, 165 x 7, 175 x 5
  2. Push Press - 45 x 7, 65 x 7, 85 x 7
  3. Machine Rows - 120 x 10 x 10, 140 x 7
  4. Pull Ups - BW x 5 x 7 x 5
  5. BB Curls - 60 x 10 x 10 x 10
  6. DB Flyes - 30 x 10 x 10 x 10 [60 Combined]
  7. Overhead Tricep Pushes - 50 x 10, 60 x 10, 70 x 9
  8. DB Shrugs - 80 x 10 x 10 x 10 [160 Combined]

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Nothing out of the ordinary.
