Day 362
DIET
Didn't take pictures of everything but did take some of lunch
!
Some crazy stuff here! They don't have Diet Coca-Cola but Coca-Cola Light O_O! Pretty tasty selection of food today. Not sure what I ate LOL!
EXERCISES
I finally found a workable gym. It cost me 50 RMB to workout per day. It has some "small" sized plates. It has a squat rack and a bench. Everything in the gym is pretty old and rusty but I'm pretty sick of looking at gym. I'll just make do with what I have.
I did upper body today. It was an entirely new experience. Apparently, people in China do not really workout. The gym opens at 12 in the afternoon and closes at midnight. It doens't even open in the mornings! When I was there for 2 hours, there were only 2-3 people in the entire place.
Another weird thing was that three personal trainers, and one of the staff basically pulled up chairs and watched a large portion of my workout. They said things like they've never seen someone bench 225 for reps and stuff. They were absolutely fascinated with my lifts. It was really REALLY awkward. One of the girls left me her number after the others left. Weird shit.
I guess I won't post my workout and just describe the atomsphere when I am in China. I also checked out another gym after this. It was part of a multi-million dollar apartment complex. It was pretty bad, with only a smith machine and some random cardio machines. I don't think the weights for the smith even went past 100.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
None.
PICTURE OF THE DAY
Update when I get home.
COMMENTS
Had a pretty awesome day. Went lifting, visited parent's friend, and went to this crazy acrobatic show.

ERA ----Intersection of Time
The Multimedia Theatrical Spectacular
As a multimillion-dollar stunning acrobatic extravaganza, the first of its kind in China , ERA is a multimedia odyssey whose inspiration is a direct result of the combination of traditional Chinese acrobatic arts and modern technology. Just like Shanghai , ERA evolves through a constant collision between the past and future.
ERA is a love story, yet it is also a contemplation across the millennia, a fascination with that other dimension man has yet to conquer: time. ERA's acrobats are on a quest to find that tenuous point of balance, the intersection between X, Y and Z.
Not only will the audience be amazed by the acrobats' control and precision, they will be enchanted by the world that is created through the use of multimedia, technology, lighting and sound effects, elaborate costumes, original live music and a lot more.
As such, ERA can remain universal, without language or cultural barriers. A thousand-year-old gesture is worth a thousand emotions, a thousand images, a thousand words ……
Allow us to feed your imagination and bring your dreams back to the present
It was an awesome show, if you guys are ever in Shanghai... check it out
