Day 386

DIET

  1. Oatmeal, Milk, Whey, Peanut Butter
  2. Granola Bar [In Class]
  3. 2 x Chicken Breast, Broccoli/Cauliflower, Pasta, Slices of Gyro
  4. Rice and Pork Chop
  5. Rice and 6 x Eggs

EXERCISES

Currently had the best workout in 2009 today. Intensity, focus, energy and endurance were off the charts. I am definitely weaker then before break but I can make the ground in a month. Sets were done quickly with little rest in between. Very quick continuous workout. Pump was HUGE!

  1. Flat BB Bench - 45 x 7, 135 x 7, 185 x 5, 225 x 5 x 4 x 3
  2. Incline DB Bench - 40 x 7, 70 x 7, 80 x 5 
  3. MP - 55 x 5, 60 x 5 x 4
  4. Weighted Dips - 45 x 5, 25 x 7 x 7
  5. Rear Raises superset Upright Rows - 22.5 x 7 x 7 x 7, 90 x 5 x 5 x 5
  6. Bicep Curls - 90 x 7, 100 x 7 x 7
  7. Tricep Overhead - 60 x 7, 80 x 5 x 4

 

Went home and took my first update pictures for 2009. Took two pictures in different places and different lighting. Trying to include legs this year as well.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Walked around to classes.

Funny thing happened as well. I nieeded to buy a new computer monitor because mine was getting old and dieing on me. Well... it turned out to be a little bigger then I expected. Here are some pictures of my "newly reorganized room" with my new monitor... Click thumbnails to enlarge.

Haha pretty epic couple of days. :) Of course, I ended up slicing my hand open trying to wash my dishes as well. The glass exploded in my hand.

    AWESOME!!! haha, that smoothie actually seems good. i may need to try it once or twice.

  2. Haha, the texture of the smoothie is REALLY bad, coupled with the barf looking image, DON’T make it haha!

    I’ll try a new variation with less apples next time :D

  3. Is that a green Sundesa Blender Bottler I see on you table?

    Your school’s dorms look pretty sweet. Here at Maryland the dorms have bunk beds instead of separate bedrooms like yours. No privacy whatsover.
