Ate more like on a bulk, but home food is oh so good. Had some good banana bread Cyde sent me :D .

Tried to renew my passport today. Worked on a little bit of homework. Ate LOTS of good food :D !

  1. nice seeing someone else doing squats for cardio. squatting and deadlifting make my heart pump a lot harder than if i were to run.

    in the video below of you PR’ing in military press, it looks like you have a really close grip. are you gripping the start of the 2nd most inner grip on the bar? does it feel like your using a lot of tri’s also?

  2. Yea, people mentioned that a lot. I don’t know. I’ve always felt more natural with a closer grip. I tried a wide grip today and it felt awkward and weak.
