nice seeing someone else doing squats for cardio. squatting and deadlifting make my heart pump a lot harder than if i were to run.
in the video below of you PR’ing in military press, it looks like you have a really close grip. are you gripping the start of the 2nd most inner grip on the bar? does it feel like your using a lot of tri’s also?

Yea, people mentioned that a lot. I don’t know. I’ve always felt more natural with a closer grip. I tried a wide grip today and it felt awkward and weak.
