Not sure how many calories in last meal, so I guesstimated.
- Wheytech Pro 24 Banana Creme Flavor, Oatmeal
- Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Tomato, Cracked Black Pepper Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Tomato, 93/7 Ground Beef Patty + Bean Sprout Dish
- 1/4 Cup of Cinnamon Buns Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream
- Snow Pea Leaves Dish + Liver and Tomatoes Dish + Kao Fu and Fungus Dish + Chicken and Green Pepper Dish
EXERCISES
Had a great talk with John Hudson today. He gave me some great advice on how to deal with my injury. I skipped out on deadlifts and tried a crossfit type workout.
Circuit [Ran Five Times]
- Finger Hold Pull Ups (BW + 45 Pounds) x 5 Reps
- Hang Cleans (135 Pounds) x 3 Reps
- BB Rows (135 Pounds) x 10 Reps
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Walking around buying more food!

Haha. I can see how it builds athleticism and endurance…
But who wants that when you can haul heavy weight?
