"Accidentally" took 3 pills of Velocity XT. Forgot how strong this stuff is and it destroyed my appetite. I literally had to shove food down. I'd feel hungry but after my first bite, I'd not want any more.

  1. Oatmeal, Whey Tech Pro 24 - Banana Creme [Took Velocity XT after this]
  2. Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Tomato, Cracked Black Pepper Turkey Breast [Couldn't finish last few bites... appetite was shot at this point]
  3. Sweet Potato + Steak [Couldn't finish this, meal so only ate half of both] + Apple
  4. Ben and Jerry's Cinnamon Bun Ice Cream
  5. Sweet Potato + Steak [Finished these off with insane difficulty] + Peach
  6. Egg Whites

Next time I try Velocity XT out of the blue, I'm starting with 1 pill or splitting the 3 pill dosages throughout the day.

EXERCISES

Modified my workout to replace push ups with bench to break my long standing plateau.

  1. Push Ups - BW x 50 x 50 x 50 [These were TOUGH, crazy pump and size difference after this]
  2. Incline DB Flyes - 20 x 10, 30 x 10 x 10 x 10 [These feel amazing when focusing on the mind muscle connection... I'm going to replace cable flyes with dbs]
  3. Military Press - 45 x 10, 95 x 5, 135 x 3 x 4 x 1
  4. Side Laterals superset with Front Laterals - 30 x 7/7 x  5/5 x 5/5
  5. JM Press - 30 x 15 x 15 x 10
  6. Alternating DB Curls - 30 x 10/10 x 11/11 x 12/12
  7. BB Shrugs - 135 x 50

Went shopping and stocked up with $100 of meat and power food... Can't wait to eat my new stash of food. Happy 4th of July!
