Woke up a little later than expected and was out most of the day. I need to get some protein bars :p
EXERCISES
Day 1 of deload week.
- Leg Press - 2 Plates x 10, 4 Plates x 10, 8 Plates x 10, 10 Plates x 10
- 45 Degree Hack Squat - 2 Plates x 10, 6 Plates x 10, 10 Plates x 10, 12 Plates x 10, 14 Plates x 10 [Trying out a new machine Layne Norton suggested, it really does feel great. I do not feel any pain in my lower glute doing this]
- Front Squat - 45 x 20, 95 x 10, 135 x 5
- BB Walking Lunges - 45 x 14 x 14 x 14
- BB Side Lunges - 45 x 12 x 12
Grip Work
- CoC Trainer - R for 10, L for 10
- CoC #1 - R for 5 x 5 x 5, L for 5 x 5 x 5 [Was able to close CoC #1 for the first rep!]
- CoC #1 - Static Hold with R/L Hands
- Hand Extensions - With 3 x rubber bands on each hand
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Lots of walking and long boarding.
COMMENTS
Busy running around paying bills, setting up electricity/water, helping out with IBC, and other stuff. I also bought myself a new belt because my old belt was a size 38, which has been bothering me for about a year. My new belt has the Chinese flag emblazed on the top

lots of sugar alcohol in that bar man. i’m not sure but i don’t think that’s too good for you?
and like always loving the food pics especially the tofu:D what is your seasoning on it? pepper and shoyu? and curious – do you stick to our asian roots and make ‘sticky’ rice or make it like pilaf-y and dry ?

Yea, that is the only thing I’m not too fond of. That is probably one big reason I wouldn’t buy it on a regular basis.
Tofu was… black pepper + tiny bit of soy sauce + siriracha = AMAZING, Healthy and Easy!
The rice is typical asian style, thrown in rice cooker at recommended water dosages
