- YanYan Asian Cookie Snack [Awesome group member brought it to our meeting today. Gotta love her! Did not count these towards caloric total]

EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Massive amounts of long boarding. This really tired out my right leg so running was a bit difficult during workout #2.
COMMENTS
Pretty great day overall. I'm sitting at 151 pounds now... basically dropping 1-2 pounds a week towards my goal of 148. The reason I want to be 148 is that it is the next weight class for powerlifting, which is my passion, not bodybuilding. Personally I would rather be strong than big. But sometimes it is fun being a bit vain. Abdominals are coming in nicely...

below post is an awesome read man. i’m going to try it out and see how my body reacts to that.
funny how you post that yanyan snack only because i’ve been posting that pic when i address you on the forum, lol.
your progress pic is amazing. getting a lot more cut and defined in your mid section. keep it up!
and like usual, your food pics are gold. i’d like to make a request that no update/post is without a food pic
