Calories a bit high today, but I've been busy and need some protein bars to go :) .

  1. HIIT Rowing (10 Minute Medium/Full Speed)
  2. HIIT Jump Rope (1 Minute Rest/1 Minute Jump for 10 Minutes)
  3. Abdominals (300 Style, Weighted Crunches, Planks)

First time trying Purple InTrain and it was DELICIOUS.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Walking everywhere.

Pretty busy day overall. One of my hobbies is cooking, so I've been cooking a lot more recently.
