Bumped calories up to 2.5k to see if this would slow down my weight loss a bit.

Workout #2

I was afraid to go full power because of my shoulder injury. I played it very carefully. I went through many different exercises to see if they bothered my shoulder. I can finally do very light military presses again, and after doing a few, it feels like I worked out the scarred tissue.

Either way it was a great workout because I was able to just play around and test my shoulder under different weights and ROM. Purple InTrain tasted AMAZING and I wanted to workout forever.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Spent quite a bit of time reading by the pool :) . Reading Ripptoe's Strating Strength book to fine tune my squats, deadlifts, bench, and power cleans.

COMMENTS

The taste of fish + spaghetti is absolutely out of this world! One of my favorite dishes!
