Need to lower my fat content... getting harder because my food is running extremely low.

  2. Yanyan's Oatmeal Cereal Protein Bar
  3. Simple Leftover Spaghetti + Tofu, Hot Sauce, Black Pepper
  4. Bread
  5. Purple InTrain
  6. Golden Gains
  7. Tuna

EXERCISES

  1. 2 Hours of Rock Climbing... Fingers are in so much pain!
  2. 10 Minutes HIIT Cardio (30/30)
  3. Abdominals (Modified Roman's Chair- Yanyan Style, Cable Crunches on Knees, Standing Cable Crunches, Captain's Chair with Weights and Partner, Oblique Twists with 32.5 Pound Dumbbells

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Random walking.

COMMENTS

Gave a final presentation review to a very important person, and he loved it. So my day has been pretty awesome after this point. There isn't too much to change, I'm just fine tuning some things in my final presentation. I will give it Monday.

    that’s awesome if your university has that. wish UHawaii had that. are you in summer school right now?

  2. I’m not taking summer school but working on a summer project at the university (not school related).

    Another reason for staying is the beautiful gym we have :) . Have you seen the youtube videos?
