Need to lower my fat content... getting harder because my food is running extremely low.

- Abdominals (Modified Roman's Chair- Yanyan Style, Cable Crunches on Knees, Standing Cable Crunches, Captain's Chair with Weights and Partner, Oblique Twists with 32.5 Pound Dumbbells

Random walking.

Gave a final presentation review to a very important person, and he loved it. So my day has been pretty awesome after this point. There isn't too much to change, I'm just fine tuning some things in my final presentation. I will give it Monday.
