DIET

Lactose intolerance SUCKS. Stopped counting at 8:30 PM. Going to hit the bars and hang out with a couple of friends.

EXERCISES

Almost blacked out today from the pain. After that, my workout went downhill because of the extreme sadness that I need to actually go see a doctor.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Swimming in the morning to loosen up. Might have contributed to energy loss later in the day.
